Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Lyphe Clinic Secret Cannabis Growing Facility Trip competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Eligibility: To participate in this competition, you must be over the age of 18, and meet the following criteria:
  • You must be available to travel to Portugal on Thursday 16th November.
  • You must possess the correct documentation required to enter Portugal, including any necessary visas or travel permits.
  • You must be an active Lyphe Clinic patient at the time of entry, which means you have joined Lyphe Clinic in October, or ordered your repeat prescription or booked a follow-up appointment in September or October 2023.
• This exclusive experience is all-expenses paid: We’re committed to taking care of your flights, travel, and meals in Portugal.
• Cash Value: The prize for this competition holds no cash value and is non-transferable. The prize includes an all-expenses-paid experience to Lyphe Clinic’s secret cannabis growing facility in Portugal, as detailed in the competition description.
• Selection of Winners: The winners will be chosen via a random name picker selection process. Lyphe Clinic will randomly select 10 lucky patients from its pool of active patients who meet the eligibility criteria.
• Notification of Winners: The selected winners will be notified by Lyphe Clinic by Friday 3rd November, via the contact information provided in their patient profile. It is the responsibility of the winners to respond promptly to the notification and confirm their willingness to attend.
• Travel Itinerary: The travel itinerary for the trip to Portugal is subject to change and is at the discretion of Lyphe Clinic. Any alterations to the itinerary will be communicated to the winners in advance. Winners must be available for travel on the specified date.
• Liability: Lyphe Clinic is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by participants in the competition, apart from the prize as described. Lyphe Clinic is also not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the course of the experience.
• Travel Documentation: It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure they possess all necessary travel documentation, including passports, visas, and any other required documents, to enter Portugal. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize, and no alternative prize will be offered.
• Privacy: By participating in the competition, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of the competition and the trip. Lyphe Clinic will handle all personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
• Use of Video Footage and Photography: Winners grant Lyphe Clinic the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and distribute any video footage or photography captured by Lyphe during the trip for promotional, advertising, or informational purposes on its website, social media platforms, marketing materials, and any other digital or print media without further compensation or notification. Winners acknowledge that any video footage or photography may be shared publicly and may include images or likenesses of the winners. Lyphe Clinic will make reasonable efforts to obtain consent from individuals featured in such media, but it is the responsibility of the winners to inform Lyphe Clinic of any objections to the use of their images or likenesses in such media.
• Cancellation: Lyphe Clinic reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control. In the event of cancellation, Lyphe Clinic will not be liable for any compensation or damages.
• Amendments: Lyphe Clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Lyphe Clinic website.
