Lyphe is now part of Tilray Brands Inc., marking an important new chapter for our team, our patients, and the future of medical cannabis care in the UK.

Since launching, Lyphe Clinic has supported over 16,000 patients with access to medical cannabis across the UK and the Channel Islands. Joining Tilray allows us to build on that experience with stronger infrastructure and broader capability — helping deliver more reliable, consistent care for patients.

What this means for our patients

We understand that news of a change can raise questions, and we want to be clear: the care you know stays the same, while the systems behind it become stronger.

You can expect the same support from the clinic team you know and trust, with the same approach to your treatment. Your prescriptions, appointments, and day-to-day interactions with our clinic and dispensary will continue as normal.

A message from our Managing Director, Rupi Bhasin:

We’re really pleased about this next step for Lyphe. It puts us in a stronger position to support patients over the long term — with improved access to medication, more consistent supply, and continued investment in patient care.

Most importantly, our focus remains the same: putting patients first in everything we do.

What this means for medical cannabis care in the UK

While our care continues with the same patient-first approach, becoming part of Tilray strengthens the systems and services behind it — supporting a more consistent and reliable experience over time.

Access has improved in recent years, but challenges around availability and consistency remain. This next step allows us to build on that progress, with the aim of improving reliability, access, and long-term support for patients.

  • Supply consistency: By drawing on an established global supply chain and pharmaceutical distribution capabilities, we expect to improve reliability and help reduce potential delays.
  • Access to medication:  Being part of an integrated network provides access to a wider and more stable range of treatment options, helping patients find the most suitable care.
  • Investment in patient experience: Continued investment enables further improvements across our platform and the day-to-day care we provide to patients.

By combining our clinical model with Tilray’s broader capabilities, we are better placed to support patients over the long term and contribute to a stronger medical cannabis landscape across the UK.

Rajnish Ohri, President, International, Tilray Brands, stated:

“I’m proud to welcome the Lyphe team to Tilray, bringing deep clinical expertise and a strong patient-first approach that immediately strengthens our capabilities. This acquisition marks an important step in the continued expansion of Tilray Medical as a global healthcare platform.

By integrating Lyphe Group’s clinical and dispensing expertise and digital patient access with our established pharmaceutical distribution capabilities, we are enhancing our ability to serve patients across the UK.

We expect this business to be accretive in 2027 and see a compelling opportunity to build a fully connected, international medical ecosystem that delivers consistent, high-quality care while expanding access to both medical cannabis and traditional therapies.”

Looking ahead

This marks a positive step forward for Lyphe, furthering our role in delivering safe, regulated access to medical cannabis.

For patients, it means the same care you know, supported by stronger foundations.

We understand that you may have questions about medication options, pricing, and what the future may hold. For now, everything continues as normal. We’ll share more information as things develop, and our friendly team is here if you need any support in the meantime.

We’re still Lyphe, just with more behind us.
