Q: What are partial shipments?
A: In order for us to get your medication to you as quickly as possible, we will at times send it in separate shipments.
This can happen in situations where we have some of your prescribed medication already on hand and are waiting for the rest to arrive from the supplier. We will look to create a shipment with the medication on hand first, allowing you to make payment and receive the first shipment. Once the rest of your prescribed medication arrives from the supplier we will then create a separate shipment, allowing you to receive the rest of your prescribed medication.
You will only be charged a delivery fee for one order (if you are not on T21) in this situation and will not need to pay a delivery fee for any of the following orders that have been split. Only the payment for the medication itself is required.
