Are you eligible?

To request a repeat prescription, you need to meet all of the following:

  • You’ve already completed your initial consultation and first clinical appointment with Lyphe.
  • You’ve been prescribed this same medication by one of our clinicians before and it matches your current treatment plan in strength, dose, and formulation.
  • Your previous follow-up appointment was no more than 3 months ago.

If any of these don’t apply, you’ll need to schedule a clinical appointment. Call us on 0204 538 2273 to arrange this.

How to request your repeat prescription

  1. Fill out the Request Repeat Prescription form above.
  2. Answer the eligibility questions, confirm your medication details, and submit.
  3. If eligible, pay the repeat prescription fee (unless you are a subscription member, in which case the service is included).
  4. We will send your approved prescription to Lyphe Dispensary or the dispensary of your choice for a £10 admin fee for dispensing and delivery.

Costs & Processing Time

  • Subscription members: Repeat prescription cost is included in your subscription.
  • Pay-as-you-go patients: The fee is £25 per repeat request. Additional delivery or dispensing charges may apply.
  • Usual processing time: Repeat prescriptions are typically processed within 48 hours of submission. Delays may occur if medication is out of stock or further clinician review is needed.

If you don’t meet the eligibility criteria

If your request is outside your treatment plan (for example, dose or formulation change), or if your follow-up appointment is older than 3 months, you will need to book a clinical appointment. This ensures safe prescribing and continuity of care.

Can I change my dosage or strain on a repeat prescription?

No – changes to dose, strain, or formulation require a new clinical appointment. Repeats must match your existing treatment plan.

What if my medication is out of stock?

If your prescribed medication is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives or an estimated restock date.

How long will it take to receive my repeat prescription?

Once approved, most repeat prescriptions are processed within 48 hours. Delivery time depends on your address and delivery option.

Are there other ways to request a repeat prescription?
