Can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription, subject to certain terms. Below, you’ll find details on how it works, when you can cancel, possible fees, and what to expect after cancellation.

When and How You Can Cancel

a. Minimum Commitment Period

Your subscription is subject to a one-year minimum commitment, designed to support your ongoing care and continuity.

After this one-year period, you can cancel at any time without incurring the cancellation fee, provided you give us adequate notice (e.g. 30 days).

b. Early Cancellation & Penalty Fee

If you cancel before the one-year anniversary, a cancellation fee will apply: 10% of the remaining subscription value. For example: if you have six months left, you owe 10% of six months’ cost.

c. Cooling-Off Period

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of subscription during which you may cancel without penalty—unless you have already made use of subscription services or benefits (such as medicines or consultations). In that case, certain charges may apply.
