I’ve been with Lyphe since they started up as TMCC and have always been completely satisfied with any interactions I’ve had with them. From the Consultants, GP’s, Pharmacists or clerical staff the care and attention I have received has been 100% positive. This latest interaction was via web chat with Hannah with a query about my upcoming appointment,( issue resolved so felt reassured). Keep up the great service 🤘🏻👏🏻

I am so completely thankful for this…

I am so completely thankful for this company, sincerely and genuinely. I have been with lyphe for 6 months now and It is my opinion that lyphe care about their patients, I feel they have gone above and beyond to make sure I’m getting the best medication at a very reasonable price. I’m so thankful to be able to get safe medication that I know I can trust that won’t do me harm. Thank you lyphe clinic 1000 times over and please keep doing the work you do to benefit people like myself. I can’t praise this clinic enough.

Promptness and Service

I am often surprised by the promptness of deliveries. One day discussing which product is the best fit and next morning taking delivery of said parcel. The whole system at Lyphe is logical and smooth. Reminders keep me informed of appointments and repeat orders, and phone or email contact – when required – is not filtered through endless options of a computerised answer-phone. All in all an excellent service.

Very good clinical doctors and staff

Most helpful staff who deal with my prescriptions and they make sure appointments are made when necessary. The doctors are very good too making sure your getting the right dosage for ones needs. The dispensary are quick at filling out and posting my prescriptions to me asap. Thank you all.

Fiona what a gem!

Fiona, what an absolute Gem. She takes excellent care of all us channel island clients. Dr Richards is superb along with another doctor I’ve had in the past (I’ve forgotten his name!). But I don’t have a bad word to say about anyone from this company. Fiona really goes above and beyond to help. I’m always very grateful luv!
