How to Access Your Benefits
- Ensure that the email address on your Lyphe subscription matches the one you use for your Lyphe Dispensary account.
- Make sure your subscription is active before your clinician submits your prescription or you book an appointment.
- Use the discount code MEMBER10 when shopping at the Lyphe Shop. The code is only valid for subscribers’ registered email addresses.
If your subscription has expired, been cancelled, or is otherwise inactive, your benefits will be paused until your plan is reactivated.
